PRIVACY POLICY FOR "n8n_Poster" APP Effective Date: February 9, 2026
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") governs the processing and protection of information by the application "n8n_Poster" (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). 1.2. The App is developed and operated by "Mezhdu Nami" (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). 1.3. By using the App, the user agrees to this Policy and the terms of data processing described herein.
2. PURPOSE OF THE APP 2.1. The App is designed exclusively for internal corporate use to automate the publishing of content (images and videos) to the Pinterest social network. 2.2. The App is not intended for public use by third parties and is not distributed through app stores.
3. DATA COLLECTION 3.1. The App DOES NOT collect, store, or share personal data of external Pinterest users. 3.2. Within the scope of its operation, the App processes only the following types of data:

• Technical Access Tokens: Used for authentication with the Pinterest API (OAuth 2.0).
• User Content: Images, video files, and text descriptions uploaded by the Developer for publication on their own Pinterest boards.
• Board IDs: Technical information regarding the structure of the Developer's account.

4. DATA USAGE 4.1. All information is used solely to perform the functions of the App, specifically:

• Creating and managing Pins on boards owned by the Developer.
• Retrieving statistical data on the performance of the Developer's own publications (analytics).

5. DATA SHARING 5.1. The Developer guarantees that no data obtained via the Pinterest API is transferred, sold, or disclosed to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers. 5.2. Data is transmitted exclusively via secure channels (HTTPS) directly to Pinterest servers (Pinterest API v5) to execute publishing commands.
6. DATA SECURITY 6.1. The Developer implements all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, or distribution. 6.2. Access tokens are stored in encrypted form within the Developer's local infrastructure.
7. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY 7.1. The Developer reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. The date of the latest update is indicated in the current version.
